Nor is a quiet and slightly eccentric mechanic in the Echo mining camp. She likes quiet, hot beverages, talking to machines, and sleep. She is friends with Flora, who apprenticed under her and is a skilled mechanic in her own right.

Nor is the character that has been around the longest and and has probably changed the least design-wise. She is somewhat quiet and cold except around friends and old acquaintances, who she won't hesitate to talk their ear off with off-color jokes or reminiscing about the "good old days" that actually sound kind of terrible.
